Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff was very nice, helpful and respectful. Thank you again to the employee who helped us send our luggages to Kansai Airport and relieved our stress and enabled us to travel hands-free. Though the rooms are pretty small (but this is average according to Tokyo standards), they did more than the job: clean, tidy and confortable beds with a smart TV and a little fridge with kettle. Cleaning service can be provided every day and clean towels are provided daily even if you did not ask for cleaning. Highly recommend this hotel if you’d like to stay near the busy neighboorhoods without all the noise that comes with it. There’s a lawson, family mart and 7eleven near the hotel and the Shinjuku and marunouchini lines are a few meters away from the hotel. Shinjuku’s main streets are accessible by walk as well.

We stayed at APA hotels in Shinjuku before and wanted to experience something different to compare. This was cleaner and the design of the room, though still quite small, provided for a slightly better experience. It may have been renovated recently, all the furniture was quite new and they offered a table in the room which was convenient to have breakfast at. Checking in was quite easy with their totems, it’s just 1 subway stop from Shinjuku station and quite easy to walk to the closest station entrance, even with luggage. Would likely stay again if looking for a convenient, budget-friendly hotel in Tokyo. It’s much nicer than staying in Kabukicho as it’s a bit quieter.

Via Inn Shinjuku was the perfect place for visiting Tokyo, well situated outside of the main chaos of Shinjuku, incredibly close to the Shinjuku-Sanchome subway line that connected us to so many incredible areas of the city. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, rooms were small (as expected) but contained everything we needed. Complimentary coffee and tea helped us start every morning, we didnt get to try the breakfast (offered both Japanese and Western style buffet), but it was affordable and open quite early. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, free umbrellas to tour around were a perk, will certainly reccomend and stay again!

I stayed here for 6 nights and I can say that this hotel was way better than I expected. The room is comfortable for 1 person but it can be a little challenging for 2 people. Hotel rooms in Japan are known to be quite small but this one was just enough for myself and a large suitcase. The cleanliness was absolutely fantastic, and the staff super friendly and helpful. The location was on a quiet but yet convenient place in Shinjuku area. Overall I had a great stay and I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff members were amazing and always ready to assist. Location of the hotel is in a quiet part of Shinjuku which we prefer. Easy access to the metro line Shinjuku-sanchrome which is 2 streets away. The underground pass from the metro station is linked to Shinjuku station which is a good 15minutes walk. There is also a Seven Eleven and Japan Kart on the same street. Room is small which is pretty standard in Tokyo. We will definitely consider to stay here again!
