I love how friendly the hotel staff are and how clean and calm the rooms and facilities are. The breakfast is excellent. I found the quantity of food just right for a good start to my day, especially since there is a half-buffet to complement the Japanese- and Western-style breakfasts that they serve. In terms of transportation, the hotel is very conveniently located near convenience stores, two grocery stores, and several subway lines. It is an easy 15-minute walk to the JR Shinjuku station and the Shinjuku highway bus station (where you can catch a limousine bus to Haneda or Narita airports). If it is raining or it is very hot, you can do 99% of the walk underground because Shinjuku Sanchome Station connects to the JR station.

Via Inn Shinjuku was the perfect place for visiting Tokyo, well situated outside of the main chaos of Shinjuku, incredibly close to the Shinjuku-Sanchome subway line that connected us to so many incredible areas of the city. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, rooms were small (as expected) but contained everything we needed. Complimentary coffee and tea helped us start every morning, we didnt get to try the breakfast (offered both Japanese and Western style buffet), but it was affordable and open quite early. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, free umbrellas to tour around were a perk, will certainly reccomend and stay again!

Space, cleanliness and comfort. Staff initially wasnt very descriptive how to reach the hotel from shinjuku station, was just generally told the east exit. Knowing Shinjuku it has over 20 exits. At least they were communicative in confirming to accomodate to receive my forwarded luggage one day in advance. Hotels in Japan are generally small but their double bedroom was spacious of its own. If you dont opt your room to be cleaned they will give you a comfort pack with new towels etc. Also, they were kind enough to offer my daughter a kids comfort pack. It is close to starbucks, convenience stores and Laundry.

I stayed here for 6 nights and I can say that this hotel was way better than I expected. The room is comfortable for 1 person but it can be a little challenging for 2 people. Hotel rooms in Japan are known to be quite small but this one was just enough for myself and a large suitcase. The cleanliness was absolutely fantastic, and the staff super friendly and helpful. The location was on a quiet but yet convenient place in Shinjuku area. Overall I had a great stay and I’d definitely stay here again.

Location is good as it was located near Shinjuku Sanchome Station (where Isetan is) and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. There are also many convenience stores around. The hotel is close to, but not in Kabukicho if you are a tourist looking to stay in a more peaceful area of Shinjuku. Basic amenities in the room were also provided and housekeeping did a good job at maintaining the cleanliness of the room and hotel. The beds are also quite comfortable.
